
Providing PA services to all different industries, including specialist expertise in surveying, Your Office Manager is the brainchild of Louise Eccles, a PA and secretary with over 12 years' senior administrative experience gained in a number of large legal and insurance firms.
Time is precious for many small businesses too, struggling to deal with day-to-day administration, which in many cases can mean working late into the evening or over the weekend.
Seeing the opportunity to take the strain off small businesses, Louise set up Your Office Manager in June 2004. Offering remote PA and administration support, the service provides full time assistance without the full time salary, including digital dictation, office management, copy typing, data entry, personal assistance and telephone answering - to name but a few!
In just over two years, Louise has built up lasting relationships with a variety of clients, representing large and small organisations and Your Office Manager has become an indispensable part of their business.
Louise and her team have helped clients cover sick leave and holidays, cut down employee costs, organise workloads and most importantly, has given them the freedom to concentrate on growing and developing their own business.
