Digital Dictation

So much communication is now done by email that the volume of transcription within firms has decreased over the years, meaning that it isn't cost effective to employ a full or even part time typist. We support a number of clients who produce anything between 1 to 5 hours of recorded dictation a month, not enough to employ a member of staff. Our services fit perfectly with their requirements, as they have full time support but only pay for when they use us – Full Time Support Without The Full Time Salary.

We can support various types of recordings (non encypted DS2, DSS, WAV, WMA, and MP3 & encrypted: DS2, $DSS, $WAV, $WMA, and $MP3) and transcriptions and our team of typists has extensive experience working within a number of different industries allowing us to expand our services to suit most types of clients. We charge per digitally recorded minute, which means our clients get an affordable fixed cost per tape.

We aim to provide our clients with a cost effective, accurate and timely service with our standard dictation turnaround usually 24 hours with other types being dependent upon client's requirements.
