Digital Transcription / Dictation / Recordings:
For typing, we accept all forms of digital recording (non encypted DS2, DSS, WAV, WMA, and MP3 & encrypted: DS2, $DSS, $WAV, $WMA, and $MP3) and are also happy to advise on a suitable dictaphone if required.
Every recording is different and times taken to type can vary from person to person, therefore, we felt the fairest way to charge our clients was NOT on how long it took to transcribe, but rather the length of the tape itself. This way you know EXACTLY what the transcription will cost.
