Telephone Answering

Constantly missing calls or having them go to your answer machine? Business is regularly lost because people don't want to leave messages on answer machines. At Your Office Manager we can provide you with a telephone number for you to divert all your phones to, answering all your calls in your company name and dealt with as per your instructions.

We either take all your calls or simply act on a 'support only' basis, when your phones aren't answered for any reason or if your lines are engaged. Your incoming calls are then either transferred direct to you on a landline or mobile, or if you prefer, a message is taken and sent by text if urgent, or by email if not.

A dedicated out-of-hours voicemail facility in your company name captures all calls outside of our operating hours. We can complete basic 'new customer enquiry' or 'order' forms and email them to you. Your bespoke form will be placed within our Call Management System. We can give out details of your prices to customers, production times, emergency numbers for out-of-hours and hold any other details on your company that would be of benefit to you and your customers.

In order to effectively benchmark your advertising initiatives, we can allocate any number of separate incoming lines to your business. This can include allocating short or long-term non-geographic (eg 0800, 0845) and geographic (eg 0207, 01909) numbers for your use.

All our clients contract to our services on subscription by monthly Standing Order. Our 'all inclusive' call plans makes our billing easy to understand and easy to fit into your budget. We will work with you so that you can start the service on one call plan and then rise or fall across the call plans until you are on the right tariff.

All your calls will be answered by a team of 3 or 4 Receptionists who know all about you and your company. We do not use scripts. All our Receptionists support your company up to 7 days a week by reading your literature and your website and by talking to you.
